587 Decree-Law pursuant to No. 634 Property Act under the independent sections, deeds registered and subject to private ownership on immovable property as a dwelling built buildings, these buildings are located within the commercial, office and so on. Purposefuly independent sections and commissioned by the state due to natural disasters or loans made by households are subject to Compulsory Earthquake Insurance.
This insurance; earthquake, fire, explosion and landslide, including the insured buildings and on the basis directly would cause material damages (stairs, elevators, roofs and chimneys occurring in and including) the sum insured up to the Natural Disaster Insurance Authority are secured.
